Dip the chicken strips in flour, buttermilk and then in a third bowl of flour. Make sure to coat the chicken in every step.
  • Place all the coated chicken strips on the cookie sheet for breaded purpose and place on cookie sheet until they are ready to cook. Before fry these breaded chicken strips, place them in fridge for 1 hour.
  • Frying: Take a large skillet, put the fryer oil on it and heat it on the 350 degree. Before fry, again re-roll the chicken strips in flour. This is a time to fry the chicken strips . Fry them in batches until they reach the internal temperature of 165 degree. Now with a pepper towel, place them on a platter line and keep them warm until they are ready to serve.
  • Hot Lip Sauce: In a saucepan, melt the butter and keep in mind, do not allow it to boil. Then in blender, pour the melted butter.Put the lid and turn the blender on high. From the lid of blender, remove the stoper. Now from the hole gently pour the hot sauce. Sauce become bright orange or emulsified.
  • Blend again the season sauce with garlic powder for 30 seconds. After that in bowl pour sauce and dips chicken lips into sauce completely. Now put it on the plate and serve with bleu cheese and rench.
